These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the services provided by Fund Finders Unlimited Network. By engaging our services, ("Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. BUSINESS SERVICES
Fund Finders Unlimited Network assists individuals in identifying and pursuing potential surplus funds following foreclosure sales, tax sales, or other property-related proceedings. Services include surplus recovery research, claim preparation, client onboarding through the SROS™ framework, V.I.P. Dashboard™ access, and all associated communications and support materials.
Use of our services does not guarantee recovery of funds.
2. NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
Fund Finders Unlimited Network is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in our communications, materials, or services should be interpreted as legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent counsel when appropriate.
3. CONTINGENCY SERVICE STRUCTURE
Our services are offered on a contingency basis with no upfront payment required. Fees are only earned upon successful recovery of funds. The specific fee structure is documented exclusively in the separately signed Contingency Agreement and is not stated in these Terms.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Company does not guarantee that surplus funds exist, that claims will be approved, the amount of any recovery, or the timeframe for resolution. Because services are contingency-based with no upfront fees, no monetary refund applies if no recovery is made.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all stages
Submit required documentation in a timely manner
Cooperate with all reasonable requests necessary to process the claim
Promptly notify the Company of any direct communication from agencies or courts regarding the claim
Review all agreements before signing
6. PUBLIC RECORD INFORMATION
The Company identifies potential opportunities through publicly available records. The Company does not control the accuracy of public records and cannot guarantee their completeness.
7. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS & SUPPORT
Primary communications occur through the V.I.P. Dashboard™ client portal. Additional channels:

Text/SMS via CRM platform — automated and manual updates
For support: . By providing contact info, consents to receive communications via these channels and may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain services require coordination with notaries, attorneys, escrow agents, government agencies, and administrative providers. The Company is not responsible for the actions, timelines, or decisions of these entities.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fund Finders Unlimited Network and Grounded Genie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees actually paid to the Company.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fund Finders Unlimited Network, Grounded Genie LLC, and their officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from inaccurate information provided, misuse of services, or violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
11. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate services immediately if false information is provided, fraud is suspected, the Client fails to cooperate, or payment obligations are not fulfilled. Termination does not release the Client from obligations under any signed agreement.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or legal proceedings under applicable South Carolina law.
14. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Company may modify these Terms at any time with notice via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Current version always available at groundedgenie.com.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with all signed agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications, oral or written.
